About Elliott Noble-Holt

From Young Dreamer to Proven Entrepreneur

Elliott Noble-Holt’s entrepreneurial journey began long before he launched his first company. Turning vision into reality

In 2000, Elliott saw a gap in the healthcare industry: the need for a more accountable, efficient process for handling authorized disclosures of health information. Driven to improve patient care and streamline operations for healthcare providers, Elliott founded MediCopy Services, Inc.

Like many entrepreneurs, Elliott didn’t stop with an idea—he executed relentlessly. Over the years, he cultivated a team-oriented culture, built processes centered around workflow efficiency, and remained steadfast in his commitment to his core values. By 2009, MediCopy had grown significantly, enabling Elliott to acquire a competitor and further solidify his company’s position in the market.

Giving Back & Living Fully

Elliott’s entrepreneurial mindset extends to his personal life, where he’s equally dedicated to giving back to his community. As a proud member of the Tennessee Thrives Diversity Coalition and previously serving as a board member for the Nashville Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee, and PENCIL, Elliott continues to support initiatives that foster inclusion and opportunity.

When he’s not mentoring others or creating solutions, Elliott enjoys dining out in Music City and spending time with his family. Guided by the belief that “thoughts become things,” he remains focused on helping others turn their visions into reality.
